30 - Family Chalets: Two bed rooms with a double bed in each, 1 or 2 bathrooms, completely furnished with linens and a kitchen. They have sleeper sofas and can sleep up to 8 people in each chalet. (Please note the two different floor plans.) Also, one of the chalets (#29) is handicap accessible and has only one bedroom and bath, and sleeps four.

9 - Mini-lodges: Consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which sleep up to 24 individuals or 4 families. Each bedroom has a full-size bed and at least one bunk bed. Additional bunks have been added to the upstairs balcony and to the downstairs lobby (not shown in floor plan). The lodges are air conditioned/heated and carpeted, with a sitting area, porch, and balcony. No linens are provided. One of the mini-lodges (# 7) is handicap accessible.

20 - Rustic Cabins: The cabins consist of two bedrooms that sleep 5 per room (bunk style) and share a central bathroom. The rooms are air conditioned/heated and carpeted. No linens are provided.

4 - Guest Cabin Rooms: Two guest cabins, each with two independent rooms which are similar to motel rooms with queen beds and private baths. Linens are provided, and each room also has a small refrigerator and a small desk or dresser. Coecoochee is handicap accessible and includes a double sleeper sofa in each room and can sleep up to four people per room, while Tomokie can accommodate an optional roll-a-way bed (available upon request) so that it can sleep up to three people per room.

1 - Efficiency Cabin: The cabin is furnished like an apartment with a queen bed, bunk bed, and two queen sleeper sofas with linens provided. It also has a private bath, a kitchenette with standard refrigerator, stove top (no oven) and a small dining room table, and will sleep up to 8 people.

Spring View Cottage: The cottage is rented as a single unit with three bedrooms, two baths, living room, and a full kitchen. The cottage has queen and bunk beds throughout, and can sleep approximately 16 people. Optional roll-a-way beds are also available upon request to accommodate additional people. No linens are provided.

12 - RV Sites: RV sites have full hook-ups and services (electric, water & sewer hookups, trash pickup, restroom and laundry facilities).

Tent Camping Sites: Campsites are available for individual families or groups. Water spigots are available in the camping area and you have use of the bathhouse.
