- A $76.00/person non-refundable deposit is due upon time of making reservation.
- Lodging is first come first serve in the online registration process - Remember your room/unit is private, you choose who to share it with.
- Lodging fees are separate from the per person event fee and are due at time of booking.
- Event Fee applies to each person.

- Payment is due in full upon making reservations. You have 30 days prior to the event to cancel and receive a refund.
- Lodging is first come first serve in the online registration process - Remember your room/unit is private, you choose who to share it with.
- Meal tickets are per person, must input the quantity needed per meal you wish to purchase.
- Some meals do sell out, be sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time.
